    1. Upgrade Code + Data 
        1. Shortlist the code and data for upgradation
        2. Clean up code and data
        3. Upload AX 2012 R3 model DB to Life cycle service (LCS)
        4. Using LCS wizard upgrade AX 2012 R3 code to D365
        5. Repeat step 3 and 4 for data upgrade using AX 2012 R3 transaction DB
    2. Upgrade only code and data upload opening balances
        1. Shortlist the code and data for upgradation
        2. Clean up code and data
        3. Upload AX 2012 R3 model DB to Life cycle service (LCS)
        4. Using LCS wizard upgrade AX 2012 R3 code to D365
